Eva has a diverse experience in capacity building, training, project coordination, and HR ( NGO People in Need - Člověk v tísni, bank Česká spořitelna, Mindfulness club and currently Mise HERo). She studied Psychology (open college programme) and English, completed training in Facilitation, one year training in Relational Mindfulness for teachers and also a comprehensive boot camp in Human Centered Design. Eva spent five years abroad (UK, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Nepal, Southeast Asia). She is interested in traveling, experience learning and personal development.

Iva Walterova is the CEO of the EPMA in the Czech Republic. With extensive experience in public administration, non-profit, and business sectors across Europe, Asia, and the USA, Iva focuses on leveraging digital technology for social and economic empowerment. After serving in EPMA as a project and communications manager (2010–2015) and contributing to organizations like ALL DIGITAL, she returned to EPMA as CEO in 2018. Under her leadership, EPMA works to advance a digitally inclusive and sustainable European society. Iva also consults for SMEs, public sectors, and the European Commission, and is a published author.
