The core team of Mise HERo has been working together in the field of gamification in education for the past decade. Our main expertise lies in working with different types of games (board games, card games, outdoor activities, LARPs, building games, creative activities etc.) as well as other approaches of experiential learning and related methods during the educational process. This implies selection or creation of the most suitable activities, building an educational program around them, and following up on them with a facilitated discussion that enhances learning of each individual.

In the private sector we create training and development programs for our clients based on their needs. We have worked with all positions across the company – entry level positions, middle management, top management, new comers, participants in talent programs and others on topics such as leadership, communication, feedback delivery, personality typology, sales, coaching, work-life balance, mindfulness, agile etc.

Mise HERo has also long-time expertise in training the trainers, teaching them how to create more powerful, immersive, game elements inspired trainings. We have experience developing training games and teaching trainers how to incorporate existing games and develop their own games as well.

EPMA is a non-profit organization, co-founded by the Vysocina Region and BMI Association as a public equivalent body in 2004. The main objective of EPMA is to develop international project-based co-operation of EU regions and regional partners towards European inclusive digitally empowered society built on bottom-up sustainable innovations. This objective is implemented through activities such as research, awareness rising, educational activities, project management support and networking with the aim to strengthen a dialogue and
cooperation between public administrations, research communities, business organizations, civic initiatives and citizens. 

EPMA is closely tied to the local and regional level, we also cooperate effectively with organisations and bodies on the national and European levels. Specifically, EPMA concentrates on relevant areas of digital education and training in youths, support for innovative thinking in micro- and small enterprises, employability and entrepreneurial skills development among youths and adults, as well as initiatives in smart
cities, eGovernment and eInclusion, eHealth and others. EPMA deploys activities in these areas both on the regional and national level in the Czech Republic as well as on the international level through European projects. EPMA not only has its permanent staff but also works with a wide network of experts taking advantage of their skills, when needed. In this set up, EPMA not only has the managerial skills and administrative capacity to undertake the tasks of managing a project, but also the expertise and links to practice to fulfill specific tasks such as piloting, evaluation and research.
