4C-FUTURE (2024–2027)

trainings

One of the core components of 4C-FUTURE is a professional development program for teachers. To teach the four competencies—Creativity, Communication, Collaboration, and Critical Thinking—teachers need to feel confident with new methods and tools. That’s why the training is designed to be practical, flexible, and teacher-friendly, with a semi-formal and supportive tone.

The training will follow a blended learning format, combining face-to-face sessions, online components, and practical implementation of activities in the classroom. While the detailed structure is still being developed, the training will emphasise active learning, encourage reflection, and support teachers in applying the 4C-FUTURE methodology in real educational contexts.

As part of the training, teachers will also learn how to apply experiential learning and gamification methodologies in their teaching practice. These approaches not only engage students more deeply, but also help educators design lessons that develop 21st-century skills in meaningful and memorable ways.

Gamification will be used within the training itself to make professional learning engaging and rewarding. By experiencing playful, interactive elements firsthand, teachers will gain insight into how to use these techniques effectively with their students.

Whether you’re new to these approaches or already experimenting with them, the 4C-FUTURE training will support you in bringing creativity, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking to life in your classroom.
